​Kitchen comforts....

The open plan living space accomodates a fully equipped kitchen with a large stainless steel fridge and a top door freezer compartment. There is also a small fridge in the garage to put some drinks and beverages to keep cool for the warm days without taking up space in the kitchen fridge.

There is a full size dishwasher so you don't have to spend time washing up but there is a double sink.

There is a gas stove (oven and 4 hobs) and a full size mircowave for any cooking needs unless you feel like outside cooking with the Gas Weber BBQ.

​Comfortable living space

The living, dining and kitchen area downstairs is spacious and light. Covered patio space off the kitchen with 6 seater teak table and chairs and cushions with a view over the 17th hole of the Tom Watson golf course.

There is a 70 inch flatscreen TV, with Directv channels and multi region DVD player in the living area with 2 sofas and armchair with ottoman footrest/storage.

Stainless steel topped wooden dining table with 8 easy wipe dining chairs and 2 bar stools extra.

Storage, Linens and Laundry

There is plenty of storage in all 3 bedrooms for hanging clothes and wide spacious drawers to unpack your holiday clothes.

The Master has a large walk-in wardrobe, 2 other bedrooms with wardrobes and a chest of drawers.

The Den has a large chest of drawers and a small wardrobe.

There is a full-size GE washer and dryer for your use. 

Towels, sheets, pool towels, pillows, duvets, children's bedding/linens, waterproof mattress pads on twin beds are all provided.

There is a large selection of baby and children supplies to save you bringing them on holiday.
