Our rental home is designed to make you feel at home away from home with the right amount of household items for your day to day living that you don't have in hotel rooms but with the comfort and space in your own 2 storey house with the use of resort facilities.


The Reunion resort is a the perfect distance from all the hustle and bustle of the entertainment and parks to rest and relax but the perfect small commute to the I4 to head to Orlando or 5-6 miles to all the Disney resorts and downtown Disney. There is the pool and hottub directly opposite to enjoy anytime of the day in to the night.

BOOKING INFORMATION

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT PROCESS

Once confirmation and full payment is confirmed, up to 2 weeks before your arrival we will send you the lock box code and information for your pending arrival. The beauty of this townhouse is there is no check in. You may go straight to the property on your arrival date after 4 pm (unless otherwise agreed in advance) and start your holiday.  When you arrive at the front door you will have a lock box with a combination at the side of the door. If you are arriving at night, there is a reaction light above the lock box that will come on to see the numbers. You will press the 4 digit code and unlock the door and return the key to the lock-box with the code. Inside you will have a travelling key as per instructions for your use. 

SMOKING & PET POLICY


There is NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT OR PETS PERMITTED (unless pets have been previously approved and pet addendum signed).

DAMAGE POLICY


Guests are responsible for the property, its contents, and themselves during occupancy.  Guests must lock windows and doors securely when not in the premises.  The owner shall not be liable for any loss of property or personal injury as a result of fire, theft, breakage, burglary, or otherwise or for any accidental damage to persons/guests.

Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the unit is prohibited. 
Please read the General instructions as part of this agreement for taking care of the house.

After Check-out, the Rental Manager will inspect the unit for damage, missing items, and abnormally dirty appearance. If the Rental Manager determines that damage is present, items are missing, or the unit is abnormally dirty, the Rental Manager will repair the damage, replace the missing items, and/or perform a deep clean of the unit at the Renter’s expense. Renter will be informed and the damage is to be claimed via the insurance or paid by the renter.

CANCELLATION FEE

If you cancel more than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and prior to any final payment being made, there will be a cancellation fee of $50 and your deposit will be returned. If you cancel after the final payment, the refund amount will be determined at that point in time having regard to the circumstances of the reservation and cancellation at the sole discretion of the owners.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

We will send a payment request via email, US bank transfer possible. The deposit of 50% of your fees  on booking and further final payment to be taken 30 days before your arrival. 


WHILST YOU ARE THERE... 

BEDDING/TOWELS:

This is a private rental unit and not a part of the resort rental program.  Please do not remove the towels or sheets from the unit and leave them at the pool areas they will not be returned to us.

LIGHTS AND AIR-CONDITIONING:


There is air conditioning in the whole house with one thermostat at the top of the stairs. Set the temperature required and the unit responds quickly. We appreciate you raising the temperature on the air conditioner to 78 degrees and turning off the lights when you are not in the unit and when you depart for home. It will still feel cool when you return to the house! Please do not put the air below 74 degrees or the unit could freeze up.

 TRASH/RUBBISH:  

There is a dumpster/skip located at the end of Assembly Drive (the back of the cul-de-sac/right at roundabout outside); please do not leave any trash in the unit or place trash bags on the patio. Try and take trash daily to ensure cleanliness.

 CLEANING SERVICE:

Please note that unless you have specifically requested and reserved an interim clean, there is no cleaning service during your stay. You are responsible for keeping the house clean and tidy during your stay. There are cleaning items with a hoover in the garage for your convenience. If you would like a clean & tidy up service ($95.00) during your stay please feel free to contact Jo Anne Costello our cleaning agent at JNJ Home Services. Please note “check out is 11am/check in is 4pm” unless you have made other pre-agreed arrangements with the owner.


GENERAL NOTES and STANDARDS:

 WHEN YOU ARRIVE PLEASE TAKE A WALK THROUGH THE HOUSE AND NOTE ANYTHING YOU BELIEVE IS UNUSUAL OR ANY DAMAGE.  If there is anything of concern please call JNJ services - all contact details are on the app, on your personal documents or in the house folder.

LITTLE ONES


All baby/toddler/children’s items are free to use. Please ensure that they are put back in the storage areas (garage, plastic box in Den etc) clean and tidy for the next guest. The high chair must be put back clean as you would expect to find it for your child.
See detailed sheet (following) for all items that may be useful for your stay with little ones (and locations)
Please do not let small children walk through the home and go on furnishings with foods and juices.

GENERAL

  • Please take your rubbish daily to the skip/ dumpster that is located at the end of Assembly Drive (round the corner to the end of the cul-de-sac).
  • Do not leave excess rubbish in the house. (please note the bin/trash can in the kitchen is infrared and will open and shut automatically)
  • The fridge should be set at the correct temperature when you arrive. Please do not change the settings in the refrigerator.
  • The garbage disposal is for boneless items only. If you do use the disposal unit you must run the water while using it. (on/off switch next to sink)
  • Please ensure you shut off the BBQ grill and the gas canister, and clean and cover the grill after each use.  Please leave a courtesy note if you think a gas refill is needed for the next guest. The BBQ tools can be found in the kitchen trolley drawer and BBQ glove above the fridge.

  • Please note the size and loads of the washer and dryer. Do not over load them and please empty the dryer filter after each use.
  • There is spare bedding available for all registered guests beds in case there is an accident or you cannot wash and dry the bedding in one day with a busy Orlando schedule. Please ensure you leave one set of clean bedding in each location as you found it before you leave, otherwise extra cleaning fees with apply. We hope you appreciate this convenience. 
  • During your stay there is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Although we do have a few beach towels for your use, we suggest you bring your own beach towels to take to the pools.  We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the units.


 
ELECTRONICS/INTERNET with Century Link

There are 4 Tvs in the home, 3 DVDs, full PRISM Digital TV from Century link with DVR possibilities, the internet speeds is 100 MPS. There are 2 bluetooth speakers, CD player and a wireless printer in the desk area. 


                              IMPORTANT DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • You may leave the bedding on the beds and place used towels in the baths ready for the cleaning company. If you have used spare bedding they should be clean and stored away for the next guest. Only one set off bedding for the indicated amount of house guests is included in the cleaning. Any extra washing will be deducted from the deposit.
  • Turn off all lights and fans and make sure the garage door is closed (with the arrow keys in garage). Please place remote control in the holder.
  • Please wash all dirty dishes and return to cupboards.  Please do not leave dishwasher full with dishes (dirty or clean).
  • Please unplug the kettle, coffee maker and toaster and put away the blender, rice maker etc. Please clean and store any baby items that have been used.
  • Please dispose of any perishable leftover food in the refrigerator.
  • Please dispose of all trash upon your departure.  There are garbage bins at the end of the road. There is also a recycling bin there if you choose to recycle plastic, aluminum, glass and/or cardboard. (Please do not leave trash outside the unit at any time as we can be fined by the association.)
  • Please turn off all TVs and DVD players and leave the remotes on the tables next to them in clear view (also the 2 iPad station remotes)
  • Please cover the BBQ and ensure it is clean and the gas is turned off. Please place the cleaned BBQ tools back in the kitchen trolley drawer.
  • Close and lock windows and sliding doors and ensure the Charley Bar is put in lock position on kitchen/patio doors.
  • Please leave the air conditioner on 78 degrees.
  • Please leave the extra key in the small hidden drawer in the larger round coffee table in the living room and use the one from the lock box to lock up and place it back in the lock box. Please be advised that should you not return the keys, a minimum of $75 will be charged against your security deposit.
  • PLEASE ONLY LEAVE THE PROPERTY via the FRONT DOOR TO ENSURE YOU HAVE NOT LEFT THE DEADBOLT LOCKED ON THE FRONT DOOR from the inside. ONE PERSON MUST LEAVE THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR AND ENSURE THE DOOR IS LOCKED.
  • You will find a guest book if you have time please leave us your comments or suggestions on your home from home as we want you to return.
  • AND Please make sure all your belongings are collected before you leave, check drawers, DVD players and check for phone chargers!


 THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY WILL BE DOING A STANDARD WALK THROUGH AND NOTE ANY DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS IN THE UNIT AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE AND ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU.
